Language and regional preferences

We use an approximate country provided by our hosting service to suggest a language. We do not request your precise location. You can change the country and language at any time; your choice is saved on this device. Your delivery address is collected separately at checkout.

Information we collect

We collect the name, email address, delivery address, selected products, order amount, and payment status needed to process and support an order. Your cart and age confirmation are also stored locally in your browser.

Address suggestions

If you use address suggestions at checkout, your search text is sent to Google Maps to find matching addresses. You can enter your delivery address manually instead.

Payment processing

Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. We send the order reference, amount, currency, and research-material description to NOWPayments. We do not receive or store your wallet private keys or card details.

Storage and notifications

Order records are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure. Our private Peptideing SALES group includes our fulfillment partners, including partners in China. Paid-order alerts share the customer name, email, delivery address, items, and payment confirmation needed to prepare, ship, and support the order.

Shipment updates

We share tracking numbers, carrier identifiers, and an order reference with 17TRACK to retrieve shipment progress and delivery estimates. Your order page displays carrier scan updates when available.

Influencer referrals

If you use an influencer code or link, we save the code on this device for up to 30 days and attach it to the order. We retain code attribution, paid-sale amounts, commission and refund records. Influencers can see their own purchase references, dates, amounts and commissions, but not customer names, email addresses or delivery details.

Wholesale accounts

Supabase manages wholesale accounts and verified access to the pricing PDF. Resend delivers verification emails to the address you provide. We retain your verified email, membership date, Terms acceptance, and email preference history to manage your wholesale account. We may contact you about account access and enquiries you initiate. Wholesale offers, product news, and pricing emails are sent only if you separately opt in. Marketing consent is optional; withdraw it in your wholesale email preferences or by contacting [email protected]. Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. We retain these records while your membership is active or needed to respect your communication choices; you can request account deletion. Your browser stores your sign-in session so you can return to your account; use Sign out on shared devices.

Retention

Unpaid, inactive checkout records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Paid, refunded, and payment-review records are retained to keep order links, shipment tracking, customer support, and transaction history available. You can contact us to request deletion of eligible personal information.
