Research materials are final sale except where required by law or where Peptideing approves a remedy for an unshipped, missing, damaged, or incorrect order.
How remedies work
Contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with the order reference and evidence of the issue. Do not return materials unless support provides written instructions. Approved remedies may be a replacement, account credit, or refund.
Cryptocurrency price movements and network fees are not refundable. Wrong-asset, wrong-network, late, duplicate, or underpaid deposits require manual review and may not be recoverable.
